Hartley's Crocodile Adventures is open from 8.30 am through to 5.00 pm every day, except Christmas Day and one day in June due to the closure of the Captain Cook Highway for Cairns Iron Man event. ANZAC Day trading is subject to state government approval.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The admission price includes access to the wildlife displays and natural areas, all wildlife presentations, at least one boat ride on Hartley's Lagoon, various self-guided walks, and free wildlife information sheets.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or operational requirements, we reserve our right to restrict access to some areas and amend boat cruise times to ensure visitor safety.

When
Daily - Customers should arrive at 8:30am in readiness for breakfast to be served at 8:45am.

Must be booked by 4:00pm the day prior. Subject to availability.
Dietary requirements (such as vegetarian) MUST be advised in advance please.

Note: No Breakfast meal is provided for infants 0 - 3 years. If a meal is required, a meal payment can be made to include this.

A PERSONALISED GUIDED TOUR WITH OUR EXPERIENCED HARTLEY'S CROCODILE HANDLER.
When: 1:00PM Daily (Morning experience may be possible in warmer months)

• Includes park entry
• 45-min. personalised guided tour, up to 4 participants.
• Pole feed a huge saltwater crocodile.
• Learn interesting facts on fresh and saltwater crocs.
• Meet and hold a juvenile croc for a souvenir photo.
• Receive a signed certificate and chilled water.
• Minimum age of 16 years to participate in the Big Croc Feed Experience.
• Non-participating adults & children may watch family/friends doing the Big Croc Feed. (Standard admission rates apply.)

IF YOU'RE INTRIGUED BY ALL THINGS SCALY, THEN THIS THE ULTIMATE TOUR!
When: 10:45am daily

• One hour guided tour for a max. of 6 participants.
• Hold a python or baby crocodile for a souvenir photo.
• Get close with a giant python, American Alligator, Lizards and exotic tortoises.
• The minimum age to participate in this tour is 10 years old. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Reptastic 5 experience)
• Only paying participants may attend.
• Price includes entry. No child price for this tour.
• No transfers included with this option.

CONDITIONS:Must be booked by 4:00pm the day prior. Subject to availability.We cannot guarantee what animals may be available on the day.

One-hour interactive guided tour with one of our dedicated Mammal Keepers.

• Feed, pat and hold some of our most adorable Australian marsupials.
• The experience includes a Koala talk & souvenir Koala PATTING photo.
• Meet our cotton top tamarins and feed our kangaroos & wallabies.
• Get close to a wombat.
• Price includes park entry.
• The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Mammal Magic experience)

When: 9:30am & 1:30pm daily.

• Includes park entry!
• One hour guided tour for a max. of 6 participants.
• Koala PATTING Photo is included as a souvenir.
• Feed a cassowary or emu, (guided by our wildlife keeper on the day) hold a python or lizard.
• Pat a wombat and feed friendly birds and wallabies.
• No child price for this tour.
• The minimum age for children to participate in this tour is 10 years old. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Zootastic 5 experience)
• Only paying participants may attend.
• No transfers included with this option.

Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is the best place to see crocodiles and local wildlife in the North. See an array of wildlife, enjoy our entertaining and educational wildlife presentations & take a boat cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon (included).

Kuranda Koala Gardens offers the opportunity to hold a Koala (extra charge) plus meet kangaroos and wallabies in a free-range enclosure. See the rare Greater Bilby, the Northern Bettong, Mahogany Glider, and more in the ‘Nocturnal Wonders’ exhibit. Visitors can also view wombats, Quokkas, Freshwater Crocodiles, pythons, frogs and lizards.

Birdworld Kuranda is a free flight aviary housing a dazzling array of native Australian and spectacular rare and exotic species from the disappearing rainforest habitats of the tropical world.

Useful Information

• Kuranda Koala Gardens & Birdworld Kuranda are NOT in close proximity to Hartley's.
• It is suggested that the Kuranda parks are visited on a different day than the Hartley's visit.
• Hartley's is in Wangetti, 45 minutes north of Cairns.
• Kuranda Koala Gardens & Birdworld Kuranda are situated in Kuranda within the Heritage Markets.
• Allow 3 - 4 hours at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures.
• Allow 30 - 45 minutes at each of the Kuranda parks.
